Last Saturday evening, the annual Mid-Winter Gala took place at the majestic Legion of Honor in San Francisco's Lincoln Park neighborhood. The Junior Committee of theFine Arts Museums of San Francisco hosted the event in partnership with famed fashion house Salvatore Ferragamo, which recently celebrated the opening of its new Post Street boutique. Honorary Chairmen Vanessa Getty and Trevor Traina collaborated with Junior Committee Chairmen Kathryn Lasater and Allison Speer to execute the glamorous event.
Guests gathered at sunset for cocktails on the terrace, followed by an elegant Northern Italian-themed dinner and dancing. Perched high on a bluff overlooking the Pacific, The Legion of Honor was a striking location for this season's premier social event. The star-studded guest list included actresses Camilla Belle and Connie Nielsen, performer Dita von Teese, and DJ/model Leigh Lezark. Many of the guests wore head-to-toe Ferragamo, which celebrates its 100th anniversary this year.
